TecroPro is our unique formula for configuring, designing and manufacturing bespoke steel mezzanines, which are ideal for industrial, commercial or warehousing environments.
These structures are unique and customisable solutions that will double the usable square metres of your business. Through the interactive Configuration tool, you can adapt the surface, openings, height, decking type, loads and rigidity.

For more than two decades, we have been dedicated to designing, manufacturing and marketing solutions for utilising height space. Over these years, we have adapted to major international quality standards in order to restructure the production phases and thus optimise the company's activities as a whole.
TecroPro products are designed in accordance with Eurocodes and manufactured according to EN standards, such as EN 1090.
All materials used are of suitable quality for structural applications and comply with the safety factors for actions and materials.
TecroPro structures can be disassembled and reused and are therefore classified as a stand-alone storage system.
Columns are composed of two parts that work together to provide stability and adjustment during construction.
- - An interior square tube with a bracket at the top that is attached to the primary beam.
- - An exterior square tube with a base plate welded to the bottom. This base plate has holes that allow the mezzanine to be anchored to the ground.
The two parts are bolted together to form a height-adjustable telescopic column.
All of the fixtures and fitting required for assembly (screws, bolts, caps, etc.) are supplied. The screws are made from 8.8 grade steel, as required by the standards.
These L-shaped pieces, which are used to connect the secondary beams to the primary beams using bolts, are included.
All parts are then powder-coated using an electrostatic powder-coating process for maximum adhesion. The powder coating adheres to the steel, which protects the mezzanine from environmental damage.
TecroPro mezzanine decking components are made from structural steel of various grades such as S275 and S355. To join the steel parts together, we use a robot that uses high-precision laser welding without leaving any sharp edges.
All parts are then powder-coated using an electrostatic powder-coating process for maximum adhesion. The powder coating adheres to the steel, which protects the mezzanine from environmental damage.

HYDRO P5-35 panel
Decking composed of 35 mm thick water-repellent structural panels, which are assembled without levelling faults and comply with the P5 structural quality standard for use in damp environments, with reaction to fire classification DFL-s1.
P4-35 SUPER White panel
35 mm tongue and groove structural panels, with a white underside, improving aesthetics and luminosity under the beams, complying with the P4 structural quality standard and DFL-s1 reaction to fire classification for use in dry environments.
P4-70 MAXI White panel
Composed of two layers of HYDRO + SUPER panels of 35 mm each, joined together to form a slab of 70 mm total thickness with a white underside. Strong and rigid, similar to concrete, ideal for heavy machinery. It complies with the P4 and P5 structural quality standards and has DFL-s1 reaction to fire classification. Suitable for wet and dry environments.

The mezzanine elements are made by laser cut with C Plus steel, that provides a high rigidity and a great elastic limit. The painting is fixed in furnace with an electrostatic technique and the flooring boards are suitable for wet areas.
